Federated Hermes Limited's latest EOS Engagement Plan identifies 12 key themes and 36 related sub-themes. EOS’ engagement activities enable their clients to be more active owners of their equity and fixed income assets and they have developed this plan to reflect their clients’ priorities.

For 2024, they will maintain their focus on those areas that they believe are the most material considerations for long-term value creation. These are: board effectiveness; climate change; human and labour rights; and human capital. Additionally, they will intensify their engagement on two increasingly important themes, which are biodiversity and AI.
