... Sustainable development goals – the SDGs were adopted by the United Nations in 2015 as a universal call to work together towards a more sustainable and equitable world by 2030, highlighting that development must balance social, economic, and environmental sustainability. The SDGs are a set of 17 goals that are integrated to address global challenges related to poverty, hunger, health, education, gender, equality, clean energy, clean water and sanitation, economic growth, climate action and more. The creativity, knowhow, technology, and financial resources are crucial to achieve the SDGs in every context.
