Natural Capital – another term for the stock of renewable and non-renewable natural resources on Earth (for example, plants, animals, air, water, soils and minerals) that combine to yield a flow of benefits or ‘services’ to people.

Investors can invest in natural capital through many assets such as habitat banks, but the most popular and available are sustainable forestry and agriculture.
