Social impact property fund manager Resonance, publishes its annual social impact report for its Homelessness Property Funds.

Resonance has created and manages five Homelessness Property Funds. The social impact report highlights the difference the funds have made during the 12 months to 31 March 2022. To date the funds have housed c3,000 people of which almost half are children who were previously in temporary accommodation.
