Over the past 9 months the Jupiter Fixed Income team has held one-on-one engagements with over 40 companies within their portfolios with a specific focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance questions. While the key themes they discuss with companies will naturally vary between company, industry, and geography, they have had three main areas of focus over the past months: transition to a low-carbon economy; improved ESG disclosures; and human rights.
