... The ESG landscape continues to evolve – and Capital Group is evolving with it. In 2021, they released their first stewardship report, sharing insight into their engagement and proxy voting activities. Over the past year, they have made significant investments in their people, data and technology to better integrate ESG into our multiple-manager investment process, The Capital System.

The 2022 report provides more information on their continued commitment to investment stewardship, including:
  • Expanding the level and detail of their engagement with the companies in which they invest.
  • Meeting with more companies than ever before to discuss ESG issues.
  • Leveraging data to strengthen their dialogue and track activity more effectively.
