Women is Safe Homes Fund is believed to be the world's first gender lens social impact property fund, was launched in December 2020, and this article celebrates its first social impact report, which highlights the difference the fund is beginning to make to women's homelessness. The fund is a collaboration between leading social impact property investment company Resonance and Patron Capital.
