Carl Atkin-House, Head of Natural Capital Strategy, Climate Asset Management
Carl has 25 years of experience in land management and agricultural investment. He is a senior member of the investment team at Climate Asset Management, responsible for strategy, pipeline, deal management and transaction execution for the Natural Capital Strategy (NCS). The NCS invests in a diversified portfolio of regenerative agriculture, sustainable forestry and environmental assets across North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. He is a member of the firm’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) working group and a director of the Strategy’s European local operating companies, farming over 3,000 ha of perennial crops across Spain and Portugal.
Before joining Climate Asset Management in November 2022, he co-founded and led a boutique global agribusiness investment consulting business for more than ten years, and before that was a partner in the agribusiness team at Bidwells. Carl holds a first-class honours degree in agriculture from Newcastle University and an MBA in business administration.
Ruth Murray, Investment Director – Sustainable Infrastructure, Gresham House
Ruth joined Gresham House in 2021, delivering investments in sustainable infrastructure. Before this she supported the team as a consultant from 2020.
Ruth has 20 years’ infrastructure experience through her first career as a projects lawyer, she worked on small and large infrastructure projects across sectors, including the £3bn Greater Manchester Waste private finance initiative (PFI) Project. Over the last 10 years, Ruth’s focus has been on supporting funders and developers on renewables, waste and social infrastructure projects from inception, through construction, operation and to secondary market disposal.
Prior to joining Gresham House, Ruth spent 15 years at Ashfords LLP where she was a senior partner. Ruth’s other leadership roles are acting head of the Energy and Waste Sector team, and she spent three years as a member of the firm’s management board.
Ruth trained and qualified at Wragge & Co (now Gowling WLR) and holds an LLB (Hons) from Birmingham University.
George Dollner, Policy Lead for Responsible Investment and Stewardship, PLSA
Prior to joining the PLSAin 2023, George spent almost six years at the Department for Work and Pensions operating across various areas of pensions, health and disability policy.
Sue Miller, Head of Global Networks, Stop Ecocide International
Sue Miller is Head of Global Networks at Stop Ecocide International. A former lawyer and marketing director, Sue’s aim is to engage as many communities as possible in the ecocide conversation to foster understanding and support.

Douglas Anderson, Head of International Consultant Relations, Federated Hermes
Douglas joined Federated Hermes Limited in February 2017 as Head of Consultant Relations. Prior to this, he was a consultant relations manager at Lazard Asset Management Limited for five years from 2011 and at Capital International for 11 years from 2000.
He has also worked in consultant and actuarial roles at Bacon & Woodrow (now Aon Hewitt) and Hymans Robertson. Douglas holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) qualification and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of St Andrews.
Drew Henley-Lock, Principal, LCP
Drew leads LCP’s responsible investment advice to direct contribution (DC)clients, advising some of the largest own-trust pension schemes in the country, as well as DC pension providers, on their responsible investment strategy.
Drew is also a senior researcher in LCP’s manager stewardship team, leading work on how investors can address nature loss, and a member of their Climate Scenarios Working Group.
He provides practical, specialist advice to clients on how to balance competing sets of stakeholder demands while addressing climate in their investment strategy.
Lindee Wong, Director of Climate and Biodiversity, Tikehau Capital
Lindee joined Tikehau Capital in 2022 to lead the development and implementation of the Group’s climate and biodiversity strategy across its business lines. Before joining Tikehau, Lindee was environmental business manager at Allianz Trade, responsible for the ESG integration in insurance activities.
Previously, she worked for seven years as a climate change consultant for ERM: Environmental Resources Management and Ecofys advising financial, corporate and public sector clients on climate change strategy, the low-carbon energy transition, and international and national climate policy. Lindee started her career as a nuclear analyst at the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation and the French Atomic Energy Commission.
Simon Males, Executive Director and Head of UK Institutional Business, Tikehau Capital
Simon Males is Executive Director and Head of UK Institutional Business at Tikehau Capital, the €38.8bn global alternative asset management group. Simon has over three decades’ experience working within the UK institutional market, including leadership roles at global asset management firms such as Legal & General Investment Management, PGIM, Pictet Asset Management and F&C (BMO).
More recently, he founded Carrick Roads Capital Limited, an institutional consulting and capital-raising firm. Simon is a member of the Board of AIMSE Europe and has previously been a member of its Advisory Council since 2013. He is also a serving Trustee and Board Director of two UK Charities (North London Hospice and The Pemberton-Barnes Trust) and has previously served as a Trustee of a £130m UK defined benefit corporate pension plan. Simon holds an MBA from London Metropolitan University and several professional qualifications, including the IMC.
