5 September 2024 - Residential impact strategies – the benefits to investors of under-invested locations

Join us at 14:00-15:00 BST for an online roundtable with Swiss Life Asset Managers.

Only members with restricted access (ie. academics, asset owners, government and regulatory, independent advisers/trustees and sponsoring employers) can view this article. Please login or join to view.

Residential real estate strategies have so far focused on leading urban centres across the UK. While Swiss Life Asset Managers will invest in these areas, they believe a greater social impact can be delivered by bringing to life under-invested locations across the UK.

By working closely with national and local governmentthe homes needed can be delivered and areas that have been starved of institutional investment can be regenerated. As well as providing verified and measurable impact, they believe financial returns to investors should be reliable and even stronger than more familiar locations.

Who should attend?

This event is open to asset owners such as pension fund trustees, in-house executives and independent advisers, professional trustees, government representatives and consultants.
