This session explored the green bonds opportunity by asking:

  • What is the relevance of green bonds in portfolio design?
  • How should ‘green bonds’ be defined?
  • How does a verification rating process work and what is its importance in avoiding greenwashing?
  • What outcomes can be expected and how should they be measured?
