Resonance, a pioneer and leader in UK impact investment over the last 20 years, creating and managing multi-award-winning impact property funds is seeking a new Head of Investor Relations, who will be at the forefront of growing its assets under management (AUM) from £300m to £500m and eventually, £1bn. This growth in AUM will change lives, enabling Resonance to provide more safe, secure, affordable homes for adults and children across a range of impact themes, including homelessness, learning disability and vulnerable women.

Key responsibilities:

  • Primary focus on the identification of, and raising funds from, institutional investors for Resonance's impact property funds.

  • Driving forward institutional investor relationships through coordinating and participating in introductory and follow-up meetings with investors.

  • Maintaining a focused database of target institutional investors and driving progress to closing of investment, including reporting of activity pipeline to senior management.

  • Working with Resonance's Fund Management and Communications teams to further develop the investor marketing strategy.

  • Overseeing and coordinating processes to achieve investment closes on funds, in conjunction with Fund Management, Legal and Compliance teams, including anticipating due diligence needs of institutional investors.

  • Secondary focus on assisting other team members in identification of investors from wider investor groups for Resonance's pilot funds within its 'Impact Labs', which may also include foundations, family offices and HNW individuals.
