Although much remains to be done, Federated Hermes have seen some notable, positive changes as a result of their engagements with companies. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provide an ideal framework for engaging to create more impactful and financially successful companies. In this case study, they identify how three of their teams have been working collaboratively with firms to support the delivery of SDG 5: gender equality.
