Our recent bespoke Impact Lens research for Allia C&C, focused on understanding whether private lending could be an attractive investment proposition for local government pension schemes (LGPS). Our analysis involved understanding LGPS funds’ approach to impacting investment, target allocations and preferred themes, and their perspectives on using private debt within their impact investment portfolio, as well as their interest in residential care and specialised supported housing.
