During my Music Technology studies, I learned to explore my creative interests and developed strong business and technical skills from working with data to marketing.
My first professional role was within the events industry, where I quickly discovered the rewards of connecting a membership body with its members by understanding their motivations to join, interact and renew. It was because of this change of career path that I also began to engage with local community groups to help connect them to their supporters.
Family is important to me and during my children’s early years, I took some time out to care for them and we explored parts of Kent’s coast, countryside, woodland and night sky. When returning to work full-time, I wanted to combine my skillset with my love of environment for a company that held strong values and ultimately intent to make a difference in our society.
I look forward to playing my part in delivering Pensions for Purpose’s membership services for positive impact.
